How long do I have to rent the storage unit?
The minimum lease period is two months. After that, the lease is month to month. Be sure to give vacating notice when you are ready to empty the space. Let us know at the beginning of the month that you will be out by the end of the month.
Do you require a security deposit and administration fee?
Yes. Each lease requires a security deposit of $45.00 and a $5.00 non-refundable administration fee. As long as you clean and sweep out the unit, remove your lock, and give the vacating notice, the security deposit is refunded via the mail (in check form) the month after your unit is vacated.
Do you provide a lock?
Yes. Each rental includes a new round disk. The lock is yours to keep when you vacate.
How much is the rent?

When is rent due?
Rent is due on the first of each month. There is a five-day grace period.
How do I make a payment?
Payments can be made in person, mailed, or called in. We accept cash, money order, check, or credit card (Visa or MasterCard). If the office is closed, you can put your payment in the door slot. We will process the payment the next business day. You can also sign up for automatic billing. With automatic billing, your credit card is charged the 1st of each month.

Yes. All facilities offer electronic gate access. Please speak with your site manager for specific access times.
How do I get in to the gate?
Every renter receives their own access code. You punch your code into the numeric keyboard. Once the code is accepted, the gate will open, allowing your vehicle to drive into the lot. When leaving the lot, pull your vehicle close to the gate and the metal sensor pad will cause the gate to open.

No. All garabage must be removed by the tenant.
How would you recommend storing my items?
Place your items on pallets. This is especially important through spring months, as condensation can occur on the floor.
